We've seen such a positive change since starting with Progress Therapy, especially with Melanie's help. Our son used to have severe spitting issues, and he would push other kids, making outings like a simple mall visit stressful. But within just six months, these behaviors have stopped. Melanie’s approach was a game-changer; she identified sensory challenges and crafted a unique strategy through a functional behavior assessment focused on building skills. It’s like she unlocked a new path for him. His teachers are just as amazed as we are at his transformation. Melanie's involvement and monitoring of his program have been outstanding. She often joins sessions, teaching strategies has made all the difference. We’re immensely thankful for her support and the changes we've seen.
My child's unique way of being
As a parent, I'm in awe of the ABA practice we've joined. Their neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach has not only supported but celebrated my child's unique way of being. The team's empathy and expertise have fostered incredible growth and joy in our child, for which we are endlessly thankful.

I want to thank Melanie and Liam for their suggestions, programs and efforts. I have struggles with lots of other therapists but he settles easily with Liam. And most of ABA therapy strategies actually worked for my child. Still we are an ongoing client. Keep up best work. Best wishes.
Melanie was observant, listened and very compassionate
We absolutely love working with Melanie ABA Therapist and also Liam. From the first day Melanie was observant, listened and very compassionate. Her methods have changed our sons behaviours dramatically. Our son also spends time with Liam who’s full of energy, patient, humble and determined. Liam helps to build up Tevita’s confidence with different play, exploring, recognising. We went from spitting, hitting, pushing behaviours to not needing to do them at all. Liam also attend our sons school and educators love having Liam there, the kids enjoy his teachings, the parents are often asking what his profession is in regards to teachings for there children. Part of the furniture. Non verbal and social communication issues Tevita can now point to queues, put shapes into a sorter, recognise behaviours, his focus, understanding and engagement with others is so much more recognisable. All thanks to Melanie & Liam who put that extra love into our son.
I was amazed on how my son progressed from a nonverbal to becoming so talkative
I cannot thank Melanie enough for being so observant and hands on with my son- Qenxi. He started with Mel 6 months ago. But I was amazed on how my son progressed from a nonverbal to becoming so talkative now. This is not just a talk but responsive talks, to us his family and his educators. She is very connected with Qenxi surprisingly easy during their sessions. Reports are professionally draft and sent each and every session which is very different from his other therapist. I highly recommend her for being professional and being connected with Qen. 5 or even exceeding 5-star service for her. Keep it up Mel you are doing great!!!
