Cathleen is our dedicated Support Worker, bringing over 10 years of healthcare experience, including five years of NDIS-certified work, along with a strong nursing background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan Hospital College of Nursing and is a Registered Nurse in both the Philippines and with the New York Board of Nursing. Cathleen is also certified in Safe Handling and Administration of Medication (CPD certified) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (certified by NHCPS).
Outside of work, Cathleen loves cooking and baking at home, singing, watching Netflix series, and playing badminton. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping or joining her husband on fishing trips. These hobbies bring balance to her life and help her unwind and stay connected to what matters most.
Cathleen chose this role because she truly believes it is her calling to help others. She finds deep fulfillment in supporting people through care, understanding and empathy.
