Cathleen is a skilled and compassionate Support Worker with over a decade of healthcare experience, including five years working within the NDIS sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a licensed Registered Nurse in both the Philippines and the State of New York. Her background in nursing and community care brings clinical strength, warmth, and professionalism to her role.

Cathleen is deeply committed to supporting people with disability through person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Her strong values of empathy and service are reflected in her calm, respectful, and proactive approach to care.

Outside of work, Cathleen enjoys cooking, baking, singing, watching Netflix, and playing badminton. She also loves the outdoors—camping and joining her husband on fishing trips help her stay balanced and reconnected with what truly matters.
